Return Policy
We're not happy unless you're happy. So, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any product within 30 days as follows:
- New and unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit minus shipping costs. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).
- If you want to return an unused item but don't have the original packaging and owner's materials (including instructional manuals and blank warranty cards) we'll give you in-store credit for the full purchase price-minus shipping costs- toward any other product.
There are two ways to return an item:
- You can give us a call at 309/692-7600, or e-mail us at jan@dodivein.com, to ask for a RMA number. Securely package the items (remember to include all owners' manuals and warranty cards), print the RMA number on the outside of the box, and include a copy of your original invoice. All returns should be prepaid and insured and sent to:

- Or, if you have an account with us, you can simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Package the item as described above, and we'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
Free Ground Shipping on Orders of $75 Or More!
All orders for merchandise totaling $75 or more (excluding tanks, weights and large dive bags due to higher handling & shipping costs) will receive FREE SHIPPING utilizing either UPS Ground Shipping or U.S.P.S Priority Mail ( 5-7 business days) anywhere within the Continental United States. Shipping charges for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and international shipping charges vary depending on your order. The rates for 3 day, 2nd day and next day will apply as posted.
Shipping Surcharges
Certain large or heavy items, such as tanks, weights and large equipment bags, are considered oversize and/or overweight by UPS and the U.S.P.S. Accordingly, a surcharge will be charged depending on the item's size and/or weight, in addition to regular shipping charges. These surcharges are based solely on extra charges assessed by UPS or U.S.P.S. If you have any questions about this, e-mail us or give us a call.
If you return any items from an order that received FREE SHIPPING, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
